If you have never done something like this, you should definitely consider doing it at least once in your life. Couple Refuse to Allow Their Home to Be Destroyed for New Road
These days, construction seems to be constantly ongoing in any urban space. At the rate that corporations are building, who knows if there will even be any space left for future infrastructures? In light of this, there is something oddly inspiring about witnessing individuals standing up to these giants. This photo was made possible thanks to an elderly Chinese couple who refused to allow the demolition of their house to pave the way for a new road. It’s certainly an odd sight if you did not know the story behind it.
