Shelley Duvall
Everyone first started noticing Shelley Duvall when she appeared in several Robert Altman films. Surely, you remember her performances in 70’s films like 3 Women, Brewster McCloud, McCabe & Mrs. Miller, Nashville, and Thieves Like Us. The following decade, she became even more popular when she accepted big parts in The Shining and Popeye. After a successful acting career throughout the 80’s and the 90’s, she decided to focus on producing children’s shows. Her last acting jobs were during the early 2000’s. More recently, she hit the news when USA Today and Dr. Phil referred to her as mentally ill back in 2016.

Cloris Leachman
During the 70’s, Cloris Leachman was already able to achieve a decent amount of success. The era was able to witness the start of what would eventually become a great Hollywood career. Around this time, she won an Academy Award for her work in The Last Picture Show. She has since gone on to win multiple awards for her work on The Mary Tyler Moore Show. She has been able to garner nearly 300 acting credits! She might be over 90 years now, but she continues to act.
