You probably didn’t catch this! In the Gilligan’s Island episode, “You have been disconnected,” Mr. Howell gives Gilligan his wife’s diamond necklaces to try to cut encased wires. Mr. Howell turns to Gilligan and says, “You’ll have more carrots than Bugs Bunny.” Jim Backus said this as he voiced a Looney Tunes character in “A-Lad-In His Lamp.” He voiced Smokey the Genie AND Bugs Bunny.
