Michael J. Fox and Tracy Pollan first met while she was on an episode of his show Family Ties. However, she was in a long term relationship with Kevin Bacon at the time, while Fox was dating Nancy McKeon, his co-star. After the two relationships ended, Fox and Pollan got together, and have been together ever since. They officially got married in 1988, and they share four children together.

Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor met one another while working on TV show Heat Vision and Jack. Though the pilot was not actually picked up by Fox in the end, the two got together and eventually got married in 2000. They have since collaborated frequently together on films like Dodgeball, Zoolander, and Tropic Thunder. Though they broke things off in 2017, after quarantining together during the COVID pandemic for the sake of their two kids, they ended up reconciling.
