This ad isn’t as offensive as it is just plain hilarious. There were a lot of hairstyles that were considered to be unprofessional, so this company was trying to sell polished wigs to men. We’re not really surprised that this never took off, especially since toupees are made fun of as well.

This ad couldn’t be more 1970s if it tried, from the hair and beard styles, the sunglasses, and of course, the jumpsuit which is what the ad is for in the first place. While the copy is leaving us scratching our heads, it seemed to have work since these jumpsuits were all over the place back then.
