Olivia Harlen Dekker works as a sideline reporter for ESPN College Football as well as the Big Ten Network basketball, and NFL on Westwood One Sports. Her father is Kevin Harlan, who is a play by play announcer for CBS Sports and TNT Sports. She is married to basketball playing Sam Dekker.
