We all know that there are designated parking spots reserved for people who are handicapped. In order to park in one of these spots, you must show a valid handicap parking permit. This guy decided to try his hand at a DIY permit, unfortunately for him, the parking authorities were not exactly fooled.

Sometimes members of your own tribe will rise up against you. Fellow smart car drivers were annoyed by the white smart car’s owner giving them a bad name by taking up a giant parking spot for his own. They decided to box him in to show that not all smart car drivers want to be a nuisance.
