It is pretty difficult to promptly get up in the morning and head off to work. When the alarm clock wakes us up, it is pretty much on instinct that we hit the ‘snooze’ button. Those who take a more proactive approach in life might even throw the damned thing at the wall for disturbing their slumber! You will be surprised that waking up in 1900s UK was pretty different from what we’re used to. In those days, ‘knocker-ups’ were responsible for greeting people ‘rise and shine’!

If you ask us, we will have to admit that these iterations of Disney characters Mickey and Minnie Mouse are nothing short of terrifying. We daresay that the child in the photo will agree with the sentiment. While we don’t know who to thank for redesigning the pair, we would like to give them an award! Make sure to take this into account on your next visit to the park. Posing for a photo with the newer mascots is definitely more pleasant these days.
