We all have that mess of plastic bags shoved haphazardly in a drawer somewhere in the house. These plastic bags are extremely useful for reusing, however can get really messy themselves. You can recycle a box of tissues and use it as plastic bag storage. Put the bags into the box with the loops sticking out of the box for easy access.
