Sunday By Tina Louise
Tina Louise penned a memoir, just like Dawn Wells. Sunday is a collection of her memoirs actually. Louise felt compelled to write this in order to help young girls and teenagers, especially if they weren’t in school or had kids young. Within Sunday, Louise also shares her experience in boarding school when she was young.
Not A Dime
Other stars of the show had not received as much moolah as Dawn Wells did. In fact, most of the Gilligan’s Island stars had only taken their residual rights in 1968. That main reason behind this is that most of them never imagined the show to become extremely popular and successful. They just viewed the show as a resume filler and a fun experience. For Dawn Wells, it was, of course, different.
