Celine Dion and Rene Angelil had quite a whirlwind of a romance. It was definitely a rather controversial relationship no matter how you look at it thanks to the age difference. Some people were delighted by their love story, but others have criticized it. Nonetheless, they didn’t let the criticism get in the way of their love and they got married in 1994. Six years later, they would renew their vows in a Las Vegas ceremony. They would have three sons together, but Angelil sadly succumbed to cancer in 2016.
