Many times in life, everything is about timing. Although Buddy Ebsen was one of the most successful actors on the show, he actually almost retired before the show went on the air. He was seriously considering leaving the entertainment industry but in the end decided to take the role on the show. We’re sure he was very happy about this decision.

In fact, the company sold more jeans in one year after she helped them out than they had in more than 100 years.
